Mahesh Dyaram

Founder & CTO

Mahesh provides overall Technology and Strategy Leadership to Nexge. The go-to guy for any technical challenge, he seems to have solutions all the time. He believes in agile software development processes without leaving sight on high quality products. B.Tech from IIT-Bombay and PGDM from IIM-Calcutta with more than 18 years of experience. He sits on the Boards of 2 more companies and is interested in Space, Quantum Physics, Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, Spirituality and Sanskrit Literature.

Chidamparam

Vice President – Engineering

Chidamparam provides leadership in Product Development & Engineering within Nexge. A Post Graduate in Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai with more than 25 years of Experience in VoIP Protocols, Applications and overall telecom experience enables him to provide best solutions to our clients and to work with technology partners to take care of interop and integration requirements. The "process" guy who keeps a close watch on timely technology deliverables.

Madhu Mayanat

Vice President – Business Development

Madhu has a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics with more than 20 years of experience in Business Development and Client Relationships. He has worked with both large and startup IT companies in domestic and international markets handling large accounts. With Nexge since 2005, he has been instrumental in expanding the business in new geographies and different market segments.

C Prabhu

Vice President – Technical Support

Prabhu is an MCA and has been with Nexge since its inception. With more than 13 years of experience, he provides leadership in the QA & Technical Support functions within Nexge. Cool and Calm, he seems to have an answer to most of the technical queries from Customers.

Kumarselvan

AVP - Technology

Kumar is a Bachelor in Information Technology and leads the Applications team within Nexge. With more than 10 years of experience, he is responsible for architecting feature rich and highly scalable applications as a part of Nexge's products. A Self-learning professional with great problem solving skills, he provides the required direction & agility to Nexge's technology execution.

Executive – Business Development

Job Description:
  • Position is based in Chennai, India.
  • The candidate will be responsible in driving Nexge's VoIP Platform sales to VoIP Service Providers in India and abroad.
  • Travel in India and abroad 'as and when required'.
  • Prospect and develop the target customers through Phone / Internet Searches & Forums / Social Media and direct meetings.
  • Negotiation and Sales Planning to reach the monthly target.
  • Telephonically reach out to customer on a regular basis to generate leads.
  • Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
  • Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to customers.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience in a similar position selling IT Software, Security, Hardware, Networking or Storage Solutions etc.
  • Experience in VOIP Product sales will be an advantage.
  • Graduate in Engineering or MBA will be an advantage but not a must.
  • MUST be proficient in English and Malayalam or English and Bengali.

Software Engineer

Job Description:
  • Position is based in Chennai, India.
  • Create elegant and useful software solutions to solve complex telecom requirements by working across various teams.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Design teams to deliver feature specifications.
  • Design and develop front-end interfaces, underlying APIs, and backend systems across a number of programming languages.
  • Analyse and improve the efficiency, scalability, stability and security of Nexge Products.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • B.Tech. / B.E. or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • 1-4 years' experience building software solutions in an agile environment using Core Java, J2EE, Socket Programming & threads, JMS, Struts etc.
  • Good knowledge on RDBMS, PL/SQL, JDBC
  • Other skills: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, JQuery, Webservices etc.
  • Should be strong in Object Oriented Programming Concepts and Networking
  • Working knowledge of API design and distributed backend systems a plus.
  • Should have good Verbal and written communication in English language.
